Step 1 - Run the Software
Run the SoftSpire Eudora Address Book Converter program » install » launch SoftSpire Eudora Address Book Converter Software
Step 2 - Choose Address Book Files
Choose Address Book files – There are two options for it
- I want to convert my default Eudora Address Book files – To select file which are already configured in your system.
- I want to choose my address book files – To select the file which you have brought down from some other system or location.
After choosing one of the above options click on “Next”
Step 3 - Click on Start Exporting Button
To start the conversion procedure simply click on “Start Exporting” button.
Step 4 - Browse Saving Location
Now, select the desired location where you want the contacts to be saved after conversion. Once the saving location selected; click on “OK”. After that, the conversion procedure would automatically get started.
Step 5 - Start Conversion
Once the contacts are successfully converted, this message is displayed “Address Book Export Complete!”
Step 6 - Open Converted File in Outlook
Once the conversion gets done, the software would automatically saves the converted PST file in MS Outlook. There you have to click on People (that appears at the bottom of MS Outlook screen), then the software automatically opens the MS Outlook contacts section. There you have to locate the contact file and click on it, to view the contacts.
