Steps to Convert EML Files to PST format

The migration from EML files to PST format has been easier now. Here we explain the entire process in details that will help you migrate EML files to MS Outlook.

Step 1 -Install the Software

Click on download and install the EML to PST Converter on your system.

Step 2 -Browse EML Files from your System

After downloading the software, a screen will appear which shows two options to add EML files/folder for conversion:

Select email files – By selecting this option user can add EML files of a single folder for conversion.
Select email folder having email files – By clicking on this, user can convert folder containing multiple EML files/folders for conversion. Before using this option user need to store all EML files/folders in one single folder.

Step 3 -Start Conversion

After choosing the EML files, click on Convert option to start conversion process.

Step 4 - Choose the Desired Location to Save Output files

Before starting the conversion process, the software provides an option to store the data at desired location on the system. Choose your destination location and click OK button to finally start the conversion process.

Step 5 - Conversion Complete

Once the conversion is complete, the software displays a conversion complete alert message.

Steps to Open PST File in MS Outlook

Step 1 - Open Outlook

Open MS Outlook in your machine & then go to File » Open » Open Data File option

Step 2 - Choose File

Browse to the location where you have the PST file saved, then select PST file from there & click on OK

*Note: If you have multiple PST files then repeat the process until you have all the PST files in MS Outlook

Step 3 - View PST in Outlook

Now you will be able to view all the PST files in MS Outlook with complete layout & properties.
