How-to Guide of MSG File to PST Converter
Steps for Converting MSG Files to MS Outlook PST Format
Step 1 - Download the Software
Download » Run » SoftSpire MSG to PST Converter » Launch the software. First screen will appear like this………
Step 2 - Add MSG files
Click on “Add Folder Having (.msg) file(s)” option to add multiple MSG files at once, and then click on “OK” button.
Note : you have to bring all the MSG files in one folder and then select the folder for conversion.
Step 3 - Click on “Start Conversion” button
To start Conversion process, click on “Start Conversion” button, then choose the desired location where you want to keep converted PST files, and then click on “save” button.
Step 4 - Start Conversion
After MSG to Outlook PST conversion completion, a message will appear “Messages Converted Successfully”, which indicates that conversion done successfully.
Step 5 - Import Converted File into MS Outlook
To import converted PST file go to file option » Open & Export » Open Outlook Data File » Browse the Converted PST file, which you want to Import in MS Outlook.
Step 6 - Open Imported Files
After importing file, it would appear in the “Mail Folder” section, named by “Mailbox (MSG)”. Click on file name, the mail list will appear on the right side of screen.
