Follow these simple steps

Install and Launch the Outlook PST Converter tool and read all instructions on the first page carefully.

Select any option to upload your files. Choose from Select Files or Select Folders accordingly.

Choose all the folders of PST files you wish to convert into another format and click on the Next button.

Select the File Saving option to generate your resultant data from the solution.

Choose any File Naming option according to your needs.

Choose Separate PST per user, Split PST, if needed. Also, you can choose to save converted messages in the same source folder

Lastly, click on the Convert button to start the PST conversion process.

Once the conversion is done you will be notified. And tap on an Ok button for confirmation.

After that, the tool will automatically open your resultant data into the destination path here you can see the converted PST file data.
