Guide to Convert Contact List of Skype into Outlook in a click
Step 1 - Run Software and add Skype Contacts
Download » Install » Run SoftSpire Skype Contacts Converter, after installing the software. Click on “Browse vCard File” option and add the vCard file having Skype contacts.
Step 2 - Select Saving options
There are two options provided to convert Skype contacts/groups into Outlook/CSV/Excel/ format, by default Excel / CSV options is selected. However, you can change it as per your need.
Step 3 - Browse the location to save converted file
After this; click on “Convert Skype Contacts” option and users will be requested to provide the location to save the converted file.
Step 4 - Conversion Process Starts
After selecting the location, conversion starts automatically, after the completion, you will get an alert message.
Step 5 - Open MS Outlook and view the converted contacts into contacts folders
After the conversion, the data can be easily viewed into MS Outlook by simply opening the Outlook and go to option File >> Open & Export >> Open Outlook Data File. Now go to contact folder where you can see all the converted contact file.
